An aromatherapy consultant is someone who specialises in using essential oils to promote physical and emotional well-being.

I create bespoke essential oil blends which are natural remedies for many complains such as skincare issues, physical pain and emotional issues.
Treatment Plan
We work together, to give you the best treatment plan to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
In Clinic or Online
I work with individuals, families and groups. You are very welcome to meet me in my clinic or we could have a consultation over the phone or video call.

What to expect
- We'll discuss your needs and concerns and how essential oils can help.
- I'll ask about your health, medical history, and allergies
- I'll create a personalised treatment plan using specific essential oils
- I'll advise on how to use the oils through inhalation, topical application, or adding to a bath
- You'll receive instructions and precautions for safe and effective use at home
- Some blends can be taken home that day, while others will be created then posted or collected
- I don't offer aromatherapy massages, but can provide advice on incorporating blends into
relaxation experiences at home

After we have had a discussion about your needs and what would best help you, I will be able to choose a blend specifically tailored for you.
Depending on the product you would like to have your blend mixed with.
It may not be possible to create it during your session.
But will be created afterwards and can be either sent out via An Post or you are free to pop back to collect it.
Please allow 7 - 10 days for your blend, as certain products will require more time to formulate and create.

After we have had a discussion about your needs and what would best help you, I will be able to choose a blend specifically tailored for you.
Depending on the product you would like to have your blend mixed with. I will create and send out your products in the post.
