After being diagnosed with a degenerative neurological condition and wanting to find the best ways to live a happy and fulfilling life, I discovered the world of holistic therapies and treatments. After years of seeing practitioners and learning about all types of natural ways to help promote a healthy lifestyle and assist in our own natural ability to heal.



These treatments, techniques, lifestyle changes, etc. has helped me greatly to live a better life and has improved my condition. Which then inspired me to try to help others live healthier and happier lives.



I began my studies at the Kinesiology College of Ireland in 2020 and have recently qualified as a Specialised Kinesiologist. I am so passionate about helping others and to share the knowledge and techniques I have learned as well as personality experienced.



My goal is to create a comfortable and safe space for my clients to be able to share their stories and experiences, to then be able to work together to successfully achieve complete wellness within themselves.



In Kinesiology, we look at the body from many areas - Emotionally, Energetically, Nutritionally and Physically. We find what is causing your body dis-ease and discomfort, and use techniques and treatments to bring those areas back into harmony and balance.
